Before you subscribe
- Do I need to install Cue first?
- No. Subscribe here, then download Cue when you’re ready and sign in with the same account. Cue runs on macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later.
- Can I subscribe in another language?
- Web sign-in and checkout are currently in English. The language menu links to plan details and instructions for subscribing in the Cue app.
- Is AI in Cue Office included?
- Yes, on both Free and Plus. It uses the same Cue membership.
- Which models and limits apply?
- Your Cue account shows the models available to you and any usage limits.
- What about agents I connect myself?
- Agents you connect from other services, such as Claude, Codex or Gemini, keep their own sign-in and billing. GPT 6.1 Sol and Claude Fable 5.1 in Cue are included with Plus.
- Already on Plus?
- Sign in and choose Manage plan. Manage your existing subscription without buying a second one.
- Paid, but Cue still shows Free?
- Don’t pay again. Check that you’re signed in with the account you paid with. If it still shows Free, contact Cue support with your account email, platform and Cue version.
