7. Term and renewal · 9. Liability
7.1 This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for twenty-four (24) months.
7.2 Unless either party gives written notice at least ninety (90) days before the end of the term, the Agreement renews for a further twelve (12) months.

What is Cue?
Cue is an AI assistant for everyday work on Mac and Windows. Use Dictation to enter text in a supported field, or Agent to ask about material you provide and work on an explicit task. Meeting capture is a separate workflow.
How is Cue different from Siri or browser chat?
Siri supports app actions and configured shortcuts. ChatGPT desktop offers voice, app integrations and Computer Use subject to plan, rollout and permissions. Cue combines Dictation and Agent modes for supported desktop workflows.
Is Cue free?
Cue is free to start. Cue Plus is $19.99/month. Check the pricing page and your account for available billing options, included usage and limits before subscribing.
How does Cue handle privacy?
Cue keeps local copies. When you sign in, account data such as threads and preferences sync through Cue. Audio, relevant screen context and selected text may be sent to service providers when needed for a request. Raw dictation history and screenshots are not included in account sync. See the Privacy Policy for details and controls.
What platforms does Cue support?
Cue is available for Mac and Windows. Check the download page for the current release and supported devices.
Which models can I choose?
Agent model availability depends on your Cue account, plan and connected provider. Check the options shown in the app. External Agent accounts and billing are separate. Dictation’s speech recognition and text processing are a separate workflow.
